DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Subs/Suppliers Required includes but is not limited to: Dust control, lead compliance plan, develop water supply, signs, traffic control system, objects and markers, PCMS, K-rail, SWPPP, soil binder, erosion control, street sweeping, fencing, demo, treated wood waste, Biologist, noise monitoring, natural resource protection plan, clear and grub, dust palliative, excavation, backfill, rock blanket, boulders, soil amendment, landscape, irrigation, plant establishment/maintenance, pipe and valve supply, Pipe – HDPE/alt pipe culvert/RCP/PVC, hydroseed, AC paving, aggregates/sand/permeable material, RS concrete base, cold plane, concrete supply, concrete paving, JPCP, rebar, joint seal, grinding, steel piling, CIDH concrete piling, PS CIP concrete, structural concrete, minor concrete, architectural treatment, brick texture, fractured rib texture, drill and bond dowel, sound wall, masonry wall, bridge removal, misc metal, abandon pipe, rock slope paving, RSP, concreted RSP, slope paving, booster pump, electrical, stain concrete, anti-graffiti coating, pavement marking, Railing various types, concrete barrier and fiber optic cable system.
Ames Construction, Inc. intends to conduct itself in good faith with DBE firms for participation on this project and will work
with subcontractors to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.

needs. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this project.
Ames will require bidders to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values.
Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Ames’ Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any
contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and Conditions”
including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement. Ames reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all quotations. Bids in response to this RFQ shall remain open and valid until the contract is executed. Ames
