Guy F. The Wye Segment is located on Route 46 east of the Town of Shandon in San Luis Obispo County, (PM 54.0/57.8).  The project proposes to convert the existing 2-lane conventional highway to a 4-lane divided expressway.  The work includes construction of six bridges,  HMA pavement on LCB Base, and a new direct connection to Route 41 (PM 44.5/45.3).
