General Work Description: Work includes demo and shortening the upper portion of the tower; removal and replacement of gate valves; construction of new control house, retrofitting and replacement of steel pipe and conduit with supports; pipe extension; furnishing materials and performance of all related work 

Seeking including but not limited to: Rebar; miscellaneous metal; ready mix concrete, form work, and concrete pumping; shoring/scaffolding; hatches; dam joint repair; 24” and 36” pipe supply; heavy equipment rental; welding subcontractor; demolition; trucking; electrical; and testing

Subcontractors and suppliers must be licensed to conduct business in the state of California, have a current DIR registration number, and current insurance meeting Project Owner’s and JV’s requirements. Must be able to provide payment and performance bonds provided by approved surety company. JV will pay bond premium up to 1.5% of subcontract amount and will assist with insurance compliance. JV will work with subcontractors on joint check agreements.
