Angotti & Reilly, Inc. request all DBE, DVBE, LBE, MBE, SBE, WBE subcontractor firms to submit BID proposals for the following San Francisco Recreation and Park Department project, per the specification and drawings.  NOTE: The Neighborhood LBE Pilot Program applies to this project. Firms whose principal place of business is located within Supervisorial District 1 and project zip code 94121 may be eligible for additional bid discounts as work is anticipated to be performed in these specific neighborhood(s) and zip code(s).

The Project is described as: ADA and other Parking Improvements in Golden Gate Park.  Install ADA parking spots, curb ramps, and other park infrastructure as shown in Attachment 1. For all ADA spaces, contractor is responsible for installing post and signs. Contractor is required to perform underground utility survey for sign post locations shown on map that are outside of ADA designated parking spaces. There are approximately 330 sites. SFMTA will dig and install the sign posts.  Concrete pads: The use of the mounting brackets when pouring a new concrete pad, as shown on the MacKay spec, are designed to be flush mounted to the grade of the finished concrete pad and inserted into the concrete during the pour of the new pad on site.  Paint curbs RED and BLUE.  Stencil on Street Parking stalls.  Install 15’ swinging gate and bollards.
