We are committed to meeting SFPUC’s Local Business Enterprise (LBE) participation requirements and are actively seeking participation from SF CMD-certified LBE subcontractors and suppliers.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including but not limited to: Concrete General Site Work, Project Removals / Clearing & Cleaning, Demolition, Traffic Control, Traffic Control Equipment / Devices, Swppp / Stormwater Pollution Prevention, Concrete Forming & Accessories, Concrete Reinforcing / Rebar, Concrete For Miscellaneous Structures, Miscellaneous Metals / Metal Fabrications, Miscellaneous Rough Carpentry, Lumber Handrails & Toeboards, Lumber Bracing, Excavation & Embankment, Temporary Fencing, Sweeping, Surveying, Temporary Engineering, Mobilization & Demobilization, Pile Jacket Installation, Grouting, Marine Work, Work Barge, Material Barge, Material Supply, Equipment Rental. Please review plans & Specs for a complete list of bid itmes.

We are willing to break out work items into smaller, economically feasible packages to encourage LBE participation and are available to assist interested firms with bid preparation, bonding, insurance, and technical requirements.

We are signatory to both the Carpenters Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Laborers Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Certification of insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation are required.  A Waiver of Subrogation will also be required with all Subcontract Agreements. Subcontractors’ faithful performance and payment bonds in the amount of the subcontract price will be required. Reasonable market rate bond premium will be reimbursed by Thompson Builders Corporation.
