General Work Description: Reconstruct approximately 1.2 miles of Harbor Scenic Drive between Ocean Boulevard and Harbor Plaza, including pavement replacement, roadway realignment, traffic and freight mobility improvements, ITS elements, lighting and utility upgrades, storm drainage improvements, roadway signing, landscaping, retaining walls, and associated infrastructure improvements

Granite is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified SBE firms, for all bid items, including but not limited to the following trades and work classifications:
HMA, Pavement Marking, Striping, Electrical, Drainage, Traffic Control, Sweeping, Trucking, Water Trucks, Fencing, Construction Area Signs, Landscaping, Hazardous Waste

Granite will break work into economically feasible packages where practical and will assist qualified firms with bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, supplies, and technical information as needed.

Requirements: Granite is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and a current DIR registration. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the subcontract amount may be required. Granite may assist with bond premiums up to 1%.
