General work description: Implement traffic signal improvements including providing and installation of signals, lighting standards, poles, mast arms, vehicle and pedestrian heads, vehicle and pedestrian detection, and / or other traffic signal related equipment. Traffic Signal Synchronization Program - 25 intersections along Avalon Boulevard (126th Street to Sepulveda Boulevard).
