Project Summary: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a Contract through competitive sealed bids for dredging within the existing berth and access channel of Norfolk International Terminals (NIT) North Container Terminal, encompassing maintenance dredging to a depth of -52’Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW and new work dredging to a maximum depth of -57’ MLLW).
