Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons & Carpenters unions. 100% performance & payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance & worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements & will be required to sign the st&ard Granite Subcontract Agreement.
