Scope: The construction of FRISBIE PARK EXPANSION - SOUTH (South side of E. Easton Street) at the corner of East Easton Street and North Acacia Avenue including, but not limited to:  Street improvements at Easton and Acacia, traffic calming, clearing and grubbing of site areas indicated, site preparation, removals, grading and drainage, utility tie-ins – septic system construction (south Frisbie) water and electrical, park entry aprons, parking lots, concrete walkways, ADA walkways and ramps, plazas, tot and child play areas with rubber matting, exercise stations, tennis courts,  installation of City purchased pre-fabricated restroom/storage and office/concessions buildings, electrical service, panels and all components including sports lights, play area lights, walk lights, tennis court lights, parking lot lights and accent lights, etc.  All irrigation and planting, installation of individual and group picnic structures, site furnishings, drinking fountains, fencing and gates and any and all items indicated on the plans and specifications. Additive Bid: construction of FRISBIE PARK EXPANSION - NORTH (North side of E. Easton Street)  at the corner of East Easton Street and North Acacia Avenue including, but not limited to:  Street improvements at Acacia Avenue, clearing and grubbing of site areas indicated, site preparation, removals, grading and drainage, utility tie-ins –water and electrical, park entry aprons, parking lots, concrete walkways, ADA walkways and ramps, renovation of existing restroom, plazas, tot and child play areas with rubber matting, basketball courts, skate park, electrical service, panels and all components including sports lights, play area lights, walk lights, skate park lights, parking lot lights and accent lights, etc.  All irrigation and planting, installation of individual and group picnic structures, site furnishings, drinking fountains, fencing and gates and any and all items indicated on the plans and specifications. All bids shall be per these bid documents, plans and specifications, as provided herein.  

Trades: Demolition, Earthwork, Clear & Grub, Site Utilities, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Electrical, Fences & Gates, Playground Equipment, Landscape & Irrigation, CMU, Metal Fabrications, Painting, Site Furnishings, Musco Lighting.

USS Cal Builders requires 100% Performance & Payment Bonds. If requested, and as USS Cal Builders way of assisting subs in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance in the preparation of this project, we can initiate introduction to agents known to us. USS Cal can also assist in obtaining equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services in the preparation of this project. USS Cal is relying on the price submitted in a subcontractor's proposal as an all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans, specifications and addenda regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. USS Cal's listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor's conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor's bid proposal. The subcontractor agrees that its bid will remain valid for the same period of time that the prime contractor's bid must remain valid with the owner, as specified in the project's specifications.

Each listed subcontractor must execute USS Cal's standard subcontract agreement if USS Cal is awarded the project; the standard subcontract is available for review on USS Cal's website (www.usscalbuilders.com ) and at USS Cal's office. At the discretion of USS Cal, any listed subcontractor that withdraws its bid after USS Cal submits its bid to the owner will be responsible for the difference in price for such scope of work charged by the replacement subcontractor.

This is a prevailing wage project. If this project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement or Project Stabilization Agreement, you will be required to honor the terms of such agreement. USS Cal Builders, Inc. is signatory to the Carpenter's Union. Any subcontractor performing carpentry work must be signatory to the Carpenter's Union.
