Miller  Equipment Company, Inc.is requesting quotes from qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers including Certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Airfield Safety and Traffic Control, Demolish Utility Appurtenance PCC Pad, Demolish PCC Valley Gutter, Adjust Water Valve Traffic Box to Grade, Adjust Water Meter Box or Water Vault to Grade, Adjust Sanitary Sewer Cleanout Box to Grade, Adjust Electrical or Telecommunication Box to Grade, Demolish Fire Water Assembly, Fire Water Improvements, Roof Gutters Down Spouts, Compliance with Pollution, Erosion, and Siltation Control, Mobilization (Not to Exceed 10% of Base Bid), Unforeseen Conditions, 10-inch HDPE Pipe, 18-inch PVC Drop Inlet, Detention Chamber, Concrete Valley Gutter, Concrete Swale PCC Pavement Removal, AC Pavement Removal, Clearing and Grubbing, Weed Control Application Lime Treated Subgrade, 12-inch depth, Crushed Aggregate Base Course - 4 inches thick, Crushed Aggregate Base Course - 6 inches thick, Asphalt Surface Course, Concrete Pavement, Marking, 2 Coats with Beads (Yellow), Marking, Single Coat no Beads (Red), Marking, Single Coat no Beads (White), Marking, Single Coat no Beads (Black)
