Scope of Work:
Clearing and Grubbing, Cold Milling (t=2in min), Remove Asphalt Concrete Pavement (t=up to 10in), Remove Concrete Pavement (t=up to 10in), Remove Concrete Bus Pad, Remove Concrete Curb, Remove Sidewalk including Curb Ramp, Unclassified Excavation, including Haul Away, Adjust Pull Box to Grade, Relocate Pull box, Crushed Miscellaneous Base, Asphalt Concrete Pavement (Base and AC Wearing Surface), Concrete Pavement (t=8in), Colored Concrete Sidewalk (t=4 in), Concrete Curb Ramp (t=4 in.), including Detectable Warning Surface, Type C Integral Curb & Pavement, Construct Type A Curb, Concrete Bus Pad, Remove and Construct and/or Adjust to Grade Water Valve, Striping Removals per Approved Final Plans and Specifications, Furnish and Install the Anchored K-71s (36-inch self-re-erecting post), Furnish and install each set of anchored bike lane rubber defenders with K-71s and OptiCurbs per Detail, Furnish and install the geometric striping and signing per approved final plans and specifications, Remove Luminaire And Re-Install On New Pole, #10 AWG Stranded Wire Per Plan, Pullbox, Type 2 Armorcast Including Lid, Bends, Excavating & Restoring Surface To Match Adjacent Surface, 10 Amp Fuse Kit (Includes Cartridge Fuse), #10 Thwn AWG Solid Wire, Philips City Touch Lum Controller, Reinstall Existing Luminaire & Arm On Dot Pole, Traffic Signal Modification, Cold Milling (t=2in min), Remove Concrete Integral Curb & Gutter, Remove Asphalt Concrete Pavement (t=up to 10in), Remove Concrete Pavement (t=up to 10in), Unclassified Excavation, including Haul Away, Adjust Pull Box to Grade, Crushed Miscellaneous Base (CMB), Asphalt Concrete Pavement (Base and AC Wearing Surface), Relocate Street Sign, Trucking, Equipment Rental.
Requirements: Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
