The project generally consists of the following:
The Mount Vernon Avenue Viaduct Project is a Design-Build project that consists of replacing the existing Mount Vernon Avenue Bridge (Bridge Number 54C-066) over the BNSF rail yard in the City of San Bernardino, San Bernardino County, California. The proposed project covers a distance of approximately 0.5 mile. Within the limits of the project, the existing Mount Vernon Avenue Bridge follows a generally north-south alignment along Mount Vernon Avenue and carries both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The existing bridge is approximately 1,016 feet long and 149 feet wide with four 10-foot traffic lanes (two in each direction) and no median or shoulders. The purpose of the proposed project is to provide a bridge that is structurally safe and meets current seismic, design, and roadway standards.

Quotes for Services & Supplies requested for the following items for bid, including, but not limited to:Landscaping, Sign & Striping, SWPPP, Traffic Control, Reinforcing Steel, Bridge Barrier, Ready Mix Concrete Supply, Precast Concrete, Structural Steel, Equipment Rental, Concrete Pumping, Aggregate, Pipe Supply, Electrical, Tree Removal, Flatwork Concrete, Asphalt Concrete, Masonry Block Wall, Trucking Haz Mat, Sand & Base Supply, Geo Product Supply.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price.  Pulice Construction, Inc. will assist with obtaining bonding, lines of credit, and insurance. Please Contact Kimberly Bell if assistance is needed with bonding, lines of credit, or insurance. 

Pulice Construction, Inc. will analyze and consider each quote received, including those that are broken down into economically feasible units to facilitate bidding.
