Scope of Services: The project consists of track rehabilitation, replacement of timber cross-ties, furnishing of track materials, converting track from timber to concrete tie, crossing replacement, track undercutting, grading and surfacing.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: OTM supply (e-clip and cut-spike), concrete tie supply and unloading, crossing panel supply and unloading, railroad ballast supply, subballast supply, Hot-Mix Asphalt supply, hauling and disposal of treated-wood waste, hauling of spoils, furnishing and installing hot-mix asphalt, etc.

ALL BID ITEMS ARE OPEN FOR BID, including items of work normally performed by RailWorks Track Services, Inc.. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. RailWorks Track Services, Inc.will work with interested DBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.  

RailWorks Track Services, Inc. will assist interested DBE’s in obtaining necessary materials, or related assistance or services. In addition, we will assist interested DBEs in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance, and any technical assistance or information related to the plans, specifications and requirements for the work.
