Scope of Services: The Work to be done consists primarily of new exterior finishes, including lead abatement, paint, window replacement, lighting, ADA ramp and handrails, and landscaping.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Concrete, Metal Fabrications, Carpentry, Weather Barriers, Wall Panels, Doors, Glazing, Metal Studs, Drywall, Tile, Painting, Signage and Landscaping.

ALL BID ITEMS ARE OPEN FOR BID, including items of work normally performed by Archico Design Build Inc. (ADB). Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Archico Design Build Inc. (ADB) will work with interested SBE/VSBE/LSBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
