Project: Wellness Center Modular Building at El Sausal Middle School

Owner: Salinas Union High School District

Location: 1155 E. Alisal , Salinas , CA 93905

Bid Date: June 18th, 2021 @ 11:30 AM

DVBE Goal 3%

Scope of Work – One 2,400 s.f. relocatable wellness building ( By: Enviroplex) and associated site work.

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Handrail, Striping, Electrical, Concrete & Fencing.

Plans: Plans may be obtained from the following locations:
1. Central Coast Builders Association, and
2. MPE - (831) 384-4081, 192 Healy Ave, Marina CA 93933

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to): Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specification and requirements for the work will be made available to interested DVBE, certified small and micro business suppliers and subcontractors. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related
assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interested DVBE suppliers and subcontractors.The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding - please see the following site for  information:  http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#
