The proposed improvements include left turn phasing, video detection, larger signal heads, pedestrian push buttons
and signals, also signing/striping to improve crosswalks, bike lanes, and turn lanes, and new curb ramps to be full
ADA-compliant. The project locations are Bradford/Chapman, Kraemer/Madison, Kraemer/Yorba Linda,
Palm/Yorba Linda, and Valencia/Bastanchury The scope of the project includes labor, materials and equipment for
the complete traffic signal and striping improvements of the five (5) project locations and other improvements

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:Traffic Control, Curb and Gutter, AC Pavement, Landscape: tree cutting, tree removal, irrigation modification, metal
hand railing, signing and striping, traffic signals, signal poles, luminaires. Electrical materials: pull boxes, conduit,
conductors. SWPPP, lead compliance & Survey.

Comet Electric, Inc is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DBEContractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% Performance and Payment bonds required. Subcontractor’s must possess a current contractor’s license.

Requirements: No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action
