Work performed under this Contract shall comply with all applicable terms, conditions and reporting requirements specified in Caltrans Standards and Special Provisions, including Buy America. OHLA is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters Unions, non-signatory Subcontractors may be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under OHLA’s union agreements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to OHLA USA,Inc. OHLA USA, Inc. will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Flexible time frames for performance, delivery and breaking out portions of work into economically feasible packages to encourage participation may be discussed.
