Scope of work involves the installation of bicycle racks citywide, and the construction of a new bicycle center at the
Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. The scope of work include architectural, civil, structural, mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Curb & Gutter, Fire Protection, Electrical, HVAC, Demo, Interior Finishes, Exterior Finishes, Landscape, Irrigation, Pavement markers, Signs, Clear & Grub, Striping, Roofing /Structural Steel, Plumbing, Glass/glazing, Doors & hardwares, Painting & Concrete.

C.S. Legacy Construction, Inc. is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% Performance and Payment bonds required. Subcontractor’s must possess a current contractor’s license.
