The Project consists of: DSA A#03-125476 – This Bid No. LCF 25/26-03, covers the Site Contractor work only to include: Hazardous materials abatement, building demolition, site clearing, earthwork, grading, paving, landscaping, concrete foundation, site utilities and utilities connection, fire alarm, communications systems for new modular classroom buildings. The modular classroom buildings will be furnished and installed by separate contractor (American Modular Systems). Refer to Specifications section 011100 Summary of Work for detailed summary of the scope of work by the Site Contractor.

Scope of Work:
Concrete - Structures, Waterproofing, Specialties Signage, Underground Utilities, Electrical, Fire Alarm Installers, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Joint Sealant Installer, Masonry - Brick Paving, Fencing, Saw Cutting, Survey, Oil, Street Sweeping, BMPs, Trucking, Equipment Rental.

Griffith Company will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.

Requirements: Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies.
