General Work Description: The scope of work consists of marine and upland components: Construction of new ferry landing facilities improvements to the Ferry Plaza and Agua Vista Park.

Seeking subcontractors and suppliers for fabric and materials for canopy; hardscape, plantings, and associated utilities for vessel charging, power, lighting, water, and fire protection. The EFWS system includes installation of suction connection and the fireboat manifold and connection to the main EFWS pipe in Terry Francois Blvd. Agua Vista Park Improvements include grading, site lighting, irrigation, hardscape, and planting. The project may require environmental management of excavated materials.

The Dutra Group is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified CMD LBE and Micro-LBE firms for bid items.

NOTE:  The Dutra Group is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist LBE/Micro LBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% Performance and Payment bonds required. Subcontractor’s must possess a current contractor’s license. Please contact us for details.
