License No. 266222 Riverside Construction Company, Inc. an Equal Opportunity Employer Is requesting quotations from all qualified DVBE/SBE Sub-contractors and Material suppliers performing commercially useful functions for the following project: Agency: Caltrans No. 08-1R8004 5% DVBE Requirement & 5% SBE Requirement Lead Estimator: Bryan Lounsbury Scope of Services: Minor Conc (minor Str), remove Conc, and geomembrane (water barrier). Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Time-Related Overhead (Wday), Construction Area Signs, Portable Changeable Message Sign (Ea), Job Site Management, Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Concrete Washout, Remove Concrete (Sqyd), Clearing And Grubbing (Ls), Prime Coat, Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A), Place Hot Mix Asphalt Dike (Type E), (F) - Minor Concrete (Minor Structure), (F) - Bar Reinforcing Steel, Geomembrane (Water Barrier), (F) - Miscellaneous Iron And Steel, Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.063"-Unframed), Roadside Sign - One Post, Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, Mobilization Riverside Construction Company, Inc is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DVBE/SBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is interested in soliciting in Good Faith, including assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. Include with your bid the Time required for Performance of your work and any Delivery Schedules so that we can establish a Flexible Timeframe for your work. Subcontractors may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by our estimating department. A Worker’s Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor’s quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Subcontractor scope (including any conditions or exceptions) is required 24 hours prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. In order to assist DBE contractors and suppliers, Riverside Construction Company will divide bid items into smaller tasks or quantities when feasible to facilitate maximum Participation.Riverside Construction Company, Inc. |
