Schreder & Brandt is currently seeking qualified DVBE sub-contractors and/or suppliers for:
Project: 20348 - Twilight Ride Access and Park/Trailhead

All of the items as shown on the plans and discussed within the specifications and any Addenda including, but not limited to the removal of specific existing trees, fences, and gravel road as noted on the construction drawings; construction of asphalt access road and parking lot, gravel driveway, equestrian parking area and emergency landing pad, restroom and septic system, ranger station and entry gates, domestic water and fire suppression system, picnic area, trailhead, and gates, installation of site furnishings and drip irrigation system; and planting of ornamental shrubs, trees, and hydroseed.

Additive Alternate 1 includes construction of a shade shelter over the picnic area and electrical outlets on shade shelter.

Quotes are needed for the following trades:
LANDSCAPE, TRUCKING, ELECTRICAL,FENCING, CONCRETE, CARPENTRY, ROOFING, PAINTING, PLUMBING
