Micro-LBE Set-Aside

Scope includes furnishing and installing the soil boiler on a new exterior concrete pad adjacent to the existing nursery building. Conduit is stubbed out from the building electrical panel to the proposed site. In addition, contractor shall furnish and install a shipping container and a fenced and roofed enclosure for the boiler. Boiler unit and all appurtenances to be installed per the manufacturer’s specifications. Contractor shall provide a new permit to operate the boiler from SF DBI
