Location and Description of Work: The work comprises construction of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 24‐inch diameter cement mortar lined and coated steel pipe from the intersection of Elm Street and Washington Avenue in Riverside County to inside the Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority’s existing Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility (SRWRF), including two (2) jack and bores utilizing 36‐inch diameter casings. The work inside the SRWRF will include the demolition of an existing turnout pipeline manifold, and installation of a new connection manifold including control and pressure reducing valves, electrical and SCADA connections. The work will also include the installation of approximately 100 linear feet of a 24‐inch diameter cement mortar lined and coated steel pipe near the intersection of Elm Street and Adams Avenue in the City of Murrieta.

Requirements: Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
