Is requesting quotations from all qualified DVBE subcontractors and material suppliers for the following project:

Project Name: Marina High School Portable Relocation Project #8330
Bid Date and Time: Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 10:00 A.M.
Project Owner: Monterey Peninsula Unified School District

3% DVBE participation goal

Plans may be obtained from the following locations:
1. Central Coast Builders Association, and
2. MPE - (831) 384-4081, 192 Healy Ave, Marina CA 93933

1.DEMOLISH EXISTING SHED, ASPHALT PARKING AREA, SIDEWALKS, FENCES AND GATES, AND IRRIGATION AS NOTED.
2.REMOVING 2 RELOCATABLE CLASSROOMS FROM MONTE VISTA ELEMENTARY & 2 RELOCATABLE CLASSROOMS FROM DUAL LANGUAGE ACADEMY OF THE MONTEREY PENINSULA AND RELOCATING THEM TO MARINA HIGH SCHOOL SITE
3.INSTALL NEW EXTERIOR FENCES AND GATES, NEW ASPHALT PARKING LOT WITH ADA PARKING TO SERVE NEW RELOCATABLES, BASE ROCK TEMPORARY PARKING LOT BY GYMNASIUM, CONCRETE WALKWAYS. INSTALL NEW UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS.
4.INSTALL NEW LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION.
5.PROVIDE NEW GRADING AND DRAINAGE
6.RELOCATE 5 CONEX CONTAINERS ON SITE
7.MOVE EXISTING UTILITIES AS NOTED AND PREP FOR NEW UTILITIES. COORDINATE WITH LOCAL JURISDICTION FOR ALL UTILITY INSTALLATION AND CONNECTIONS AND ENCROACHMENT PERMITS.
8.NEW TRASH ENCLOSURE

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Concrete, Striping, Fencing, Landscaping & Surveying.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to): Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specification and requirements for the work will be made available to interested DVBE, certified small and micro business suppliers and subcontractors. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interested DVBE suppliers and subcontractors.The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding - please see the following site for  information:  http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#
