ATKINSON Requests sub-bids from All Qualified and Certified Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants including DBE companies for (but not limited to): Lead Compliance Plan, Develop Water Supply, PCMS, Job Site Management, SWPPP, Rain Event Action Plan, Storm Water Annual Report, Erosion Control Supply, Temporary Hydraulic Mulch, Clear and Grub, Roadway Excavation, Structure Excavation, Structure Backfill (Retaining Wall), Pervious Backfill, Ditch Excavation, Imported Borrow, Compost Sock, Hydroseed, Class 2 Aggregate Base, Fog Seal Coat, Hot Mix Asphalt, Drill & Bond Dowel Bar, Structural Concrete (retaining wall / box culvert / headwall / junction structure / minor structure), Bar Reinforcing Steel (retaining wall / box culvert), Reinforced Concrete Pipe (various sizes), Corrugated Steel Pipe (various sizes), Reinforced Concrete Pipe Riser (various sizes), Concrete (ditch lining / channel lining / concrete apron), Rock Slope Protection (various methods), Rock Slope Protection Fabric (Class 8), Misc. Iron and Steel, Destroy Well, Cable Railing, Aggregates, QA/QC, Street Sweeping, Trucking, Water Trucks.  Refer to the project specs and any addenda for the complete bid item list. Lower tier DBE participation is greatly encouraged.
