The Project is generally described as improvements to the existing play yard. Work shall include, but not necessarily limited to:
a) Demolition and removal of the existing play structure and rubber matting.
b) Removal and replacement of selected benches.
c) Relocation of an existing area drain in the upper play yard and re-grading the
surrounding asphalt pavement.d)
d) Replacement of selected site benches.
e) Replacement of the existing drinking fountain with bottle filler on the first floor hallway.
f) Modifications to select toilet accessories in the students and staff restrooms.
g) Perform hazardous materials and lead abatement as described and specified in
Specification Section 00 31 26.

Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
