In general, the Work consists of construction of storm drain improvements along two blocks of Naples Street in the City of Mendota with installation of low impact development street tree sponges and conventional drainage infrastructure to capture and convey storm water runoff to a newly constructed extended dry detention basin with a new lift station, landscaping and fencing: along with associated street reconstruction, utility modifications, and other associated improvements.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: C0621     LANDSCAPING MATERIALS SUPPLIER, C1201 TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, C1532 REMOVE CONCRETE, C1601 CLEARING & GRUBBING, C1901 ROADWAY EXCAVATION, C1930 STRUCTURE BACKFILL, C2000 HIGHWAY PLANTING, C2602 AGGREGATE  BASE, C3000 CONCRETE PUMPING, C5100 CONCRETE STRUCTURE, C5201 REINFORCING STEEL, C6820 PERMEABLE MATERIAL, C7200 ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION, C8000 FENCING, C8760LAND SURVEYOR, C8852 SWPPP PLANNING, C7602 SAW CUTTING. - ALL TRADES & MATERIALS

M.A. Steiner Construction, Inc., is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist DBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. 100% Performance and Payment bonds MAY be required. Subcontractor’s must possess a current contractor’s license. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies. Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Regulations (DIR), possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage.
