Time for Completion 110-155 Working Days Liquidated Damages $6,800.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPPP, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, jobsite management, temporary items (concrete washout, cover, check dam, drainage inlet protection, fiber roll, WM fence, construction entrance, high visibility fence, hydraulic mulch, gravel bag berm, delineator class 1, move in-move out erosion control, traffic stripe-Paint, pedestrian access route, railing-K, pavement marking-Paint,), aggregate material supplier (Class II aggregate base, shoulder backing), 6”& 8” thermoplastic striping and pavement marking installation and removal, minor concrete (island paving, curb, backfill) modify existing electrical system, temporary lighting system, street sweeping, cold plane asphalt, pavement markers, reset, remove and relocate roadside signs portable changeable message signs, type III barricade, alternative temporary crash cushion, rain event action plan, storm water sampling and analysis, storm water annual report, erosion control, structural concrete (headwall & drainage inlet), jointed plain concrete pavement plain, stamped and colorized, alternative pipe culvert, rock slope protection rock and fabric, detectable warning surface, misc. iron & steel, fencing WM metal post install and removal, temporary gate, delineator removal and installation, object marker, culvert marker, aluminum signage, prepare and paint concrete, oxidizing stain, anti-graffiti coating, lime stabilized soil, geo-synthetic pavement interlayer (Paving Fabric), place hot mix asphalt dike (Type E), perforated plastic pipe underdrain, , geo-composite drain, imported borrow, rock blanket material, grave mulch material, boulders type A & B, vegetation control mat, maintain existing traffic management systems, traffic monitoring station, precast slope paving (Concrete), traffic plastic drum, channelizers (surface mounted) .

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
