Project: SFPUC WW-706 Egg Shaped Digester Interior Liner
NOTE: The LBE subcontracting participation requirement is 13% and ONLY SF small and micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet the requirement (firms certified by SF CMD). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet this participation requirement.

Bid Date: May 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers: All Mechanical work per the plans and specifications, Scaffolding Systems, Removal of residual wastewater solids and disposal, C-61 Limited Specialty, C-33 Painting, C-36 Plumbing & Trucking and hauling.

FDT is willing to split bid items based on LBEs scope of work and capabilities.

F. D. Thomas Inc. is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining insurance, bonding, equipment, materials and/or supplies.
