Construction on State highway29 in Napa County near Yountville at various locations from 0.1 mile South of Dry Creek Bridge to 0.1 mile North of California Drive undercrossing.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE/SBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited toSand & Gravel Supplier (Bulk Item), Concrete & Cement Supplier(Bulk Item), Reinforcing Bar Section Supplier, Lumber Supply, Pipe Supplier, Traffic Control Supplier, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Traffic Flagger, Temporary Railing (Type K), Plane Asphalt Concrete, Remove Concrete, Remove Bridge Item, Clearing & Grubbing, Highway Planting, Hydroseeding, Erosion Control, Temporary Erosion Control, Landscape Care and Maintenance Services, Concrete Pumping, Place Asphalt Concrete Dike & Misc, Joint Seal – Water Stop, Reinforcing Steel, Roadside Sign, Filter Fabric, Plastic Pipe, Saw Cutting, Temporary Fencing, Metal Beam Guard Railing, Metal Railing (Include Handrailing, Cable Railing, Bicycle Railing), "Concrete Barrier (Permanent) (All Concrete Barrier Types)", Crash Cushion, Thermoplastic Traffic Striping & Marking, Remove Pavement Marking & Traffic Stripes, Lead Compliance, SWPPP Planning, Water Truck, Street Sweeping Truck, Trucker, Landscaping Contractor, Construction Equipment Rental, Demolition.

The DVBE Contract goal is 3% percent. The estimated cost of the project is $4,010,000.00. No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
