General Work Description:General work description: street pavement improvement of various City streets, including full-depth HMA spot repairs, wedge grinding, HMA leveling course, crack sealing, micro-surfacing, placing HMA overlay, replace existing speed humps, installing curb ramps, adjusting utility frames and covers to grade, prune tree roots, pavement striping, and performing other items or details, not mentioned above.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Asphalt Supplier; Guard Railing & Barriers Supplier ; Pavement Markers Supplier; Traffic Flaggers; Plane Asphalt Concrete; Remove Concrete; Asphalt Concrete (Place); Roadside Sign; Concrete Curb & Sidewalk-Misc; Object Marker; Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe & Marking; Painted Traffic Stripe & Marking; Pavement Marking; Bottom Dump Trucking; Super 10 Dump Truck; Street Sweeping Truck ; Trucker r; Land Surveying; Landscaping Contractor; Sewer Connection; Constr Staking (Survey)

This project has a DBE / WBE Contract goal

The estimated cost of the project is $11,057,000

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement.
