Bid Date: April 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

The Project is described as: Construction consists of approximately 300 linear feet of concrete ADA ramp, paving approximately 5,600 SF of new AC, sealcoat approximately 14,000 SF of existing AC including game lines, replace 7,000 SF of turf with new turf and shade trees plus associated irrigation and controls. Construction work is expected to take 8 weeks to complete. Please note, this campus is a year-round school with a 5 week break from June 10th to July 12th. The District is expecting that playground paving and turf/irrigation work will take place during that time period in order to eliminate disruption when school is back in session. Concrete ramp work will require coordination with the school so that normal traffic activities to the upper parking lot have minimal disruption.
