is requesting qualifications statements from all qualified
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
subcontractors for the following project:

COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW)
ON-CALL ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR
TRANSPORTATION PLANNNG AND PROGRAMS DIVISION
(RFP NO. BRC0000284)

Bid Date: April 27, 2022, 4:00pm

Specifically, ESA is in search of firms providing services in the following areas:
habitat management/restoration (must be licensed landscape contractor), traffic/transportation, geotechnical resources, environmental hazards/hazardous materials, water quality/stormwater, and community outreach/public relations.

Additional areas/services of interest include:
aquatic biological resources, biological resources, air quality, noise,
cultural/paleontological resources

For consideration, please provide a statement of qualifications emphasizing experience with the County of Los Angeles DPW, Caltrans/Local Assistance Projects, and the Scope of Work outlined in the RFP.
