      Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE/WBE/MBE subcontractors and suppliers for this roadway excavation, place HMA (Type A) & reinforced concrete pipe.

Engineers Estimate: $1,860,000.00

DBE Goal: 20%

Time for Completion 45-60 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $4,200.00 per Calendar Day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, trucking, water trucks, traffic control system, jobsite management, temporary drainage inlet protection, temporary high visibility fence,  portable changeable message signs, prepare water pollution control program, street sweeping, thermoplastic striping and pavement markings install and removal,  Level 2 critical path method schedule, portable radar speed feedback sign systems, automated flagger assistance device, storm water annual report, temporary hydraulic mulch (bonded fiber matrix),  temporary check dam, temporary fiber roll,  temporary grave berm bag, construction entrance, temporary concrete washout, treated wood waste, biologist services, shoulder backing and asphalt suppliers, rolled erosion control product (netting), hydro mulch, hydroseed, geosynthetic pavement interlayer, paving fabric, tack oil, cold plane asphalt concrete, structural concrete (headwall & drainage inlet), 34” RCP, biofiltration filter media, misc. iron & steel, pavement markers, mile post markers, culvert markers, remove roadside signs, furnish single sheet aluminum sign, install roadside signs, traffic monitoring station system, asphalt oil tanker.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void.  Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
