The Estimated construction value of the work is $850,000.00.

The Project is described as: Wall Repair Coating on the exterior walls of the Auditorium Building at Lowell High School. The work involves: a. Repair of exterior wall cracks and spalls. b. Elastomeric coating system on exterior wall surfaces. c. Sealant work at existing roof flashing, expansion joints, louvers d. Security doors on existing roof access ladders. e. Abatement of hazardous materials.
