Project Name: Central Bay HS Permanent Modular - Sitework

Owner: North Monterey County Unified School District

Location: Central Bay High School, 17500 Pesante Road Salinas CA

Bid Date: Thursday, March 5th 2020 @ 2:00 PM

Project Description: 1. Site upgrades. New accessible ramp to connect existing to new classroom, upgrade existing accessible van and handicap parking along with associated site work
2. Restrooms alterations, existing building a, to receive an upgrade and renovation to staff, girls and boys restroom.

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Striping, Landscaping, Electrical, Erosion Control, Concrete

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to): Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specification and requirements for the work will be made available to interested DBE, certified small and micro business suppliers and subcontractors. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interested DBE suppliers and subcontractors.The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding - please see the following site for information: http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#
