Scope of Services: The work generally consists of de-channelization and restoration of a portion of Chollas Creek, including concrete channel and bridge removal; installation of a gravity block retaining wall; construction of a natural stone channel; construction of an asphalt trail; construction of curb and gutter on Federal Blvd; and construction of a pocket park, including play equipment.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith Company’s requirements.
