Fullerton Road Grade Separation Project IFB-3

Project Location and Description: The PROJECT is to complete a partially completed project. The PROJECT is located in the City of Industry crossing the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Los Angeles Subdivision and Metrolink (Riverside Line) at UPRR milepost (MP) 21.43. This project eliminates the existing at-grade crossing at this location through construction of a combination of railroad flyover and roadway underpass. A Railroad Street overcrossing and pedestrian bridge south of the railroad bridge will be constructed.

Project Limits: Fullerton Road will be lowered beneath the UPRR railroad from 600 ft north of Railroad Street to 300 ft. south of Gale Avenue. Gale Avenue will be lowered from 400 ft east of Fullerton Road to 400 ft west of Fullerton Road This project also includes roadway improvements (reconstruction, widening and realignment) for: - Fullerton Road: from Rowland/San Jose Street to Pomona Freeway (Route 60) eastbound off-ramp; - Pomona Freeway (Route 60) westbound on and off-ramps at Fullerton Road.
