PROJECT: HD-S3134 – Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility – East Expansion at Pico Ave Between Pier B Street and Pier D Street.

DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Environmental Engineering Services, Security Services, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Pavement Marking, Temporary Traffic Stripe, Channelizer, Portable Radar Speed Feedback Sign, Temporary Pavement Marker, Temporary Barrier System, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Temporary Crash Cushion Module, Job Site Management, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Rain Event Action Plan, Storm Water Sampling and Analysis Day, Storm Water Annual Report, Temporary Erosion Control, Temporary Concrete Washout, Treated Wood Waste, Contractor-Supplied Biologist, Natural Resource Protection Plan, Remove Concrete, Demolition and Removal, Waste Disposal, Soil Disposal, Track Demolition, Track Installation, Track Shift, Excavation, Structure Excavation, Base Rock, Ballast Rock, Geosynthetics, Precast Concrete Ties, Structural Concrete, Drainage Inlet, Concrete Ditch Lining, Rock Slope Protection, Rock Slope Protection Fabric, Miscellaneous Iron and Steel, Anti-Graffiti Coating, Remove Pavement Marker, Pavement Marker, Remove and Install Laminated Panel Sign, Concrete Barrier, Remove Guardrail, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking and Traffic Strip, Traffic Management System, Modified Lighting Systems, Clearing and Grubbing, Remove Retaining Wall, Cast-In-Drilled-Hole Concrete Piling, Furnish Steel Sheet Piling, Ground Anchor, Structural Concrete, Retaining Walls and Barrier Slab, Bar Reinforcing Steel, Structural Steel, Core Concrete, Minor Concrete, Cable Railing, Remove and Install Concrete Barrier, Equipment Rental, Street Sweeping, Trucking, Construction Material Supply. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors and suppliers to breakdown items into economical feasible packages and to establish delivery/construction schedules to allow for maximum DBE participation.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values.  Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item.
