General work description:       
1. CONSTRUCTION OF (1) 36X40 BUILDING (BUILDING BY OWNER VENDOR, SEE PC DRAWINGS).                                                                                                                                                                         
2. CONSTRUCTION OF PLAY AREA/EQUIPMENT (AREA EQUIPMENT BY OWNER VENDOR, SEE PC DRAWINGS).
3. CONSTRUCTION OF FABRIC SHADE STRUCTURE (STRUCTURE BY OWNER VENDOR, SEE PC DRAWINGS).
4. NEW SITE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING PARKING LOT, CONNECTION OF NEW BUILDING PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TO EXISTING SCHOOL BUILDING SYSTEMS.
5. NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS IN NEW BUILDING.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Play Area Equipment, Shade Structures, Electrical, Fire Alarm System, Landscaping. See plans and specs for a complete list of bid items.

We will provide assistance/advice with obtaining Bonds/Insurance/Credit/Equipment/Materials and/or supplies.  **Subcontractors must provide a current contractor’s license number and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) current registration number with their quote.  

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to): Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specification and requirements for the work will be made available to interested DBE/UDBE/DVBE certified small and micro business suppliers and subcontractors. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interested DVBEsuppliers and subcontractors.The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding - please see the following site for  information:  http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#
