Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:  FURNISH AND INSTALL 3/4 INCH HOT MIX ASPHALT TYPE A, PG 70-10, PULVERIZE EXISTING AC PAVEMENT, UP TO 4 INCHES DEPTH, APPROXIMATELY 54,720 SF, PAVEMENT CRACK SEAL FOR CRACKS GREATER THAN 1/4 INCH WIDE AND LESS THAN 1 INCH WIDE AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH, USE HOT MELT RUBBER, INCLUDING CLEANING NON-ASPHALT MATERIAL OUT OF CRACKS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF FILLER MATERIAL, SURFACE GRINDING AND RESURFACING OF ASPHALT CONCRETE (AC) PAVEMENT FOR CRACKS GREATER THAN 1 INCH WIDE AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH, INCLUDING GRINDING, REMOVAL, AND DISPOSAL OF AC PAVEMENT, UP TO 1-1/2 INCHES DEPTH, INCLUDING CLEANING NON-ASPHALT MATERIAL OUT OF CRACKS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF FILLER MATERIAL, FURNISH AND INSTALL POLYMER MODIFIED ASPHALTIC EMULSION, PMCQS-1H SLURRY SEAL, TYPE II, FURNISH AND INSTALL 3/4 INCH HOT MIX ASPHALT TYPE A, PG 70-10, PULVERIZE EXISTING AC PAVEMENT, UP TO 4 INCHES DEPTH, APPROXIMATELY 72,320 SF, FURNISH AND INSTALL 3/4 INCH HOT MIX ASPHALT TYPE A, PG 70-10, PULVERIZE EXISTING AC PAVEMENT, BETWEEN 1 INCH AND 3 INCHES DEPTH, APPROXIMATELY 20,000 SF, FIELD DENSITY AND RELATIVE COMPACTION TESTING FOR HOT MIX ASPHALT PAVEMENT USING NUCLEAR GAUGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CT121 AND CT135. MINIMUM 1 TEST EVERY 100 FEET

Griffith Company will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. 

Requirements: Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies.
