The City of Tehachapi is proposing to reconstruct and relocate the southside parallel and connecting taxiways and holding bays, including drainage improvements. The work involves removal and disposal of existing structure; earthwork and subgrade preparation; aggregate base and hot-mix asphalt; storm drain pipe and inlets; electrical conduits; conductors; guidance signs and edge lights; infield grading, including safety grading; and erosion control.
