Traffic control, construction area signs, trucking, equipment rental including sweepers, pickups, water trucks, dozer, dump trailers, dump truck, dump trailer, excavators feller bunchers, forklift, generators, jetter vac truck, front end loaders bobcat and 544 size loaders, knuckle boom loaders, log skidders, motor graders, self-loading scrapers, stacking conveyors,  truck brokers, street sweeping, carcass removal & disposal, waterway debris removal, debris removal from canals, rivers, creeks, streams, & ditches, sand collection and screening, demolition of private structure, electronic waste pickup & removal, removal of electronic debris that contains hazardous materials such as cathode ray tubes, includes computer monitors and televisions, bio-waste pickup & removal, removal of waste capable of causing infection to humans (animal waste, human blood, pathological waste), debris box rental and trucking, hay bale supplier, staked silt fence, fill dirt, tree protection and tree and stump removal, dewatering services, bagged ice suppliers, bottle water suppliers, water tankers, light towers with generator rental, office trailer 40' rental, portable toilets rental, personnel categories required: equipment operators, traffic control personnel, laborers w/small tools, traffic control, flag person, survey, inspectors, chainsaw w/operator, foreman, superintendent, climber w/gear, mechanic w/truck & tools, ticket writers, program management services professional and administrative, commercial front loader, roll-off truck driver, bin truck driver cart delivery driver, hazardous tree and stump removal and disposal, white goods removal and disposal, used electronics removal and disposal, household hazardous waste removal, abandon vehicle removal.

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related services. Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108.  Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR.  Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void.  Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission. Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
