Project Description: Project will include the construction of a new modular classroom building in the northeast portion of the campus. The location of the proposed new building is currently an asphalt concrete (AC) paved hardcourt play area. The new modular building will have a structural footprint of approximately 4,800 square feet. Further improvements are anticipated to include a new fire lane to provide access to the new modular classroom and underground utilities. The new fire lane will extend from Finch Street through the southern parking lot and along the western side of the lower play field.

Nuera Project Consulting, LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers especially those certified firms mentioned above for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Low-Voltage Electrical, Grading, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, Asphalt Paving, Fencing, Planting Irrigation, Demolition, Concrete, Pipe and Tube Railings, Weather Resistive Barriers, Exterior Painting & Signage.

No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action Subcontractors must provide contractor’s license number and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with their quote. The US Small Business Administration may also assist you in obtaining bonding - please see the following site for information:  http://www.sba.gov/content/contractors#
