General work description: Pavement rehabilitation by way of mill and replacement, removal and replacement of distressed pavement with new asphaltic concrete pavement (deep-lift), replacement and installation of accessible curb ramps, and replacement of permanent traffic striping and pavement marking at various streets citywide.
Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Asphalt Supplier; Concrete & Cement Supplier; Construction Staking; Traffic Control Supplier; Traffic Control System; Traffic Flaggers; Plane Asphalt Concrete; Remove Concrete; Survey Or Historical Monument ; Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe & Marking; Painted Traffic Stripe & Marking; Pavement Marking; Signal & Lighting; Surveyor; SWPPP Planning; Super 10 Dump Truck; Street Sweeping Truck ; Trucker Broker; Construction Area Signs; Reset, Adjust Roadway Items; Asphalt Concrete (Place); Concrete Curb & Sidewalk-Misc; Detector; Constr Staking (Survey)

Estimate for this Project is between $4 million and $4.5 million.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
