Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE/WBE/MBE subcontractors and suppliers for this: HMA, RHMA, and geosynthetic pavement interlayer.   

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following: Lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, portable radar speed feedback sign systems, temp barrier system, portable changeable message signs, alternative temp crash cushion, water pollution control program, temp erosion control, temp hydraulic mulch, temp check dam, temp drainage inlet protection, temp gravel bag berm, temp concrete washout, treated wood waste, biologist services, shoulder backing, high friction surface treatment, crack treatment, segment correction, place miscellaneous asphalt, HMA & RHMA suppliers, data core, place HMA Dike type A C E F, tack coat, remove asphalt concrete dike, cold plane AC, entrance taper, remove overside drain, adjust roadway utilities, remove pavement marker, delineator (class 1), pavement marker (retroreflective recessed),remove and install road sign one and two post, furnish & install single sheet aluminum signage, install midwest guardrail system steel post, vegetation control (minor concrete), vegetation control mat rubber or fiber, transition railing (type WB-31), install and remove 6 inch 8 inch thermoplastic pavement striping and thermoplastic pavement marking, maintaining existing traffic management system elements during construction, remove guardrail, alt-in-line terminal , concrete barrier transition, object marker ( type N & P), remove curb, minor concrete (curb), 18 inch down slip joint, 18 inch CSP suppliers, geosynthetic pavement interlayer (paving fabric), asphalt binder (geosynthetic pavement interlayer), class II aggregate base, dust control plan (NOA), asbestos control plan, trucking, asphalt tankers, water trucks.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void.  Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
