DBE Goal: 11 %
Time for Completion 255 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $4,800.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPCP, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, jobsite management, temporary items- drainage inlet protection, concrete washout, cover, erosion control move-in/move-outs, bonded fiber matrix, check dam, gravel bag berm, construction entrance, pedestrian access route, pavement marking and traffic stripe-paint, alternative crash cushion, k-railing, erosion control blanket, fiber roll, high visibility fence, aggregate material supplier-shoulder backing & class II aggregate base, two component paint striping and green pavement marking installation, 6” & 8” thermoplastic striping and pavement marking installation and removal, structural concrete (drainage inlet and headwall), alternative pipe suppliers, detectable warning surface, minor concrete (minor structure, backfill, curb, curb & gutter, sidewalk and driveway, misc. construction, backfill, bar reinforcing steel, vegetation control), miscellaneous iron & steel, portable changeable message sign, rain event action plan, storm water sampling and analysis, storm water annual report, concrete demolition, structure backfill (soil nail wall) wood mulch, fiber rolls, straw, hydroseed, compost, remove base and asphalt surfacing, structure excavation, rolled erosion control product (Blanket), AC dike, cold plane asphalt concrete, sculpted shotcrete, structural shotcrete, 10” flume down drain, inlet and anchor assy., drainage inlet marker, adjust manholes and utilities to grade, rock slope protection rock and fabric, prepare and stain shotcrete, pavement markers (retroreflective) , remove and relocate roadside signs, midwest guardrail system and flared terminal system, soft stop terminal system, cable railing, concrete barrier (Type 60D), modify existing electrical system, street sweeping .

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
