Scope of work:
1. Partial demolition of two existing elevator systems.
2. Installation of two new electric overhead geared elevator systems, including start-up and testing of system.
3. Construction of a new control room for each elevator system on the mezzanine level of the plant.
4. Installation of a new louver and backdraft damper in an existing wall on the mezzanine level of the plant.
5. Associated structural, mechanical, and electrical work for complete and functioning elevator systems.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:   Selective Demolition, Removal, Handling, And Disposal Of Hazardous Substances, Post-Installed Concrete Anchor Fasteners, Structural Steel, Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Metal Doors And Frames, Elevator Smoke Containment System, Door Hardware, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Resilient Wall Base And Accessories, Painting, Coatings, Louvers And Dampers, Signs, Fire Alarm System, Electric Geared Service Elevator System, Ductless Split System Air Conditioners, Electrical Testing Requirements, Basic Electrical Materials And Methods, Grounding System, Insulated Wire And Cable, Raceways And Boxes, Wiring Devices, Dry Type Transformers, Disconnect Switches, Panelboards, Lighting

We are signatory to both the Carpenters Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Laborers Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Certification of insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation are required.  A Waiver of Subrogation will also be required with all Subcontract Agreements. Subcontractors’ faithful performance and payment bonds in the amount of the subcontract price will be required.  Reasonable market rate bond premium will be reimbursed by Thompson Builders Corporation.

Our estimating department is available for assistance with bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies and/or materials.
